Bri-Anna Soliz

I’m passionate about fitness and health, and after playing college basketball, I discovered my true calling in the world of fitness. What started as a personal interest quickly became my niche, and I fell in love with the process of helping others achieve their best selves. The discipline and drive I developed as an athlete naturally transitioned into my work, and I’ve dedicated myself to guiding people toward a healthier, stronger lifestyle.

I specialize in strength and conditioning for individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on kids. I love working with young athletes, helping them build strength, improve their endurance, and learn proper movement techniques. It’s incredibly rewarding to teach them the importance of fitness and injury prevention early on, setting them up for long-term success.

Reflecting on my own athletic career, I often think about how different things might have been if I had someone to protect my knees and help me train smarter. It’s that personal experience that drives me to focus on injury prevention and ensuring others don’t face the same setbacks I did.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower others, whether they’re youth athletes or adults, to become the best version of themselves through fitness, strength, and education.
